At Premex Power Systems, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
- Products without original packaging.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Custom or special-order products.
4. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification. Defective claims are handled through our CARE+ support platform.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
