At Premex Power Systems, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return and refund claims are handled through our CARE+ support platform.
Important
Please record a clear uncut video while receiving the product. The video should have no cuts, pauses or edits. This serves as proof in case of damage, missing items or incorrect product delivery.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no cancellation charges.
- Once an order has been shipped but is still in transit, cancellations attract a 15% cancellation fee.
- Refused deliveries after dispatch are subject to a 15% deduction.
- Change of mind or incorrect details are also subject to the same cancellation fee.
- Refunds are processed directly to your bank account within 7 working days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only under specific conditions.
When Refunds Are Applicable
- Product not available at dispatch.
- Courier partner cannot service the destination.
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Order cancelled after dispatch before delivery.
- Customer refuses shipment after dispatch.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Product already used or tampered with.
- Missing original packaging or accessories.
- Claims without proper proof.
- Missing or altered serial numbers.

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
Return Policy
Replacement Only
No refunds are issued for returned products. Eligible returns receive replacement only.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Invoice is required for all return requests.
- Customer-caused damage is not eligible.
- Video proof is mandatory.
- Courier charges for self-shipping will be reimbursed when applicable.
Accepted Returns
- Damaged or defective products.
- Wrong model or specifications delivered.
- Missing accessories or parts.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Request raised after 7 days.
- Damage caused by misuse.
- Purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- Missing packaging or accessories.
- Used consumables.
- Missing serial numbers.
- Custom-made products.
How to Request a Return
Contact CARE+ support with:
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Copy
- Clear uncut delivery video
Pickup will be arranged where available. Otherwise, customers may self-ship the product and courier charges will be reimbursed.
Eligible claims receive replacement within 7 working days.
